We have put additional preventative measures in place in our showroom to ensure the well-being and safety of everyone.

  • All our advisers wear masks and manage traffic, at the door and in-store, to ensure a safe distance of two meters between our customers;
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitation of our stores, including door handles and payment terminals, which are cleaned after each use;
  • We added several containers of hand sanitizer, available to our customers and employees;
  • All invoices are sent by email in order to limit exchanges.

We kindly ask you to stay home if you’re showing symptoms of COVID-19.

Our Delivery Service

Our white-glove delivery service, which includes assembly and installation, is still available with additional steps implemented to ensure strict sanitary conditions.

We have implemented new measures to ensure the safety our warehouse and delivery staff, as well as our customers.

We kindly ask that you maintain a distance of at least two metres from our staff at all times, and that you have your own pen on hand to sign the delivery slip.

Pick up

Pick ups are still available. The reduced hours of operation are 10am-2:00pm, Tuesday to Fridays.

Again, additional sanitary measures have been put in place to provide a safe working environment. Our technicians will be wearing masks, gloves and protective coverings on their shoes.
